Dr. Saju Joseph
Dr. Saju Joseph is a highly experienced High-Performance Director, sports scientist, and hockey coach, currently associated with the Tamil Nadu Centre for Sports Science in Chennai, India.
He has held the position of High-Performance Director at the Sports Authority of India, while also consulting independently in the field of high-performance sports. Dr. Joseph previously served as a Sports Biomechanist at the National Institute of Sports Malaysia for over 15 years, and as a sports scientist with the Sports Authority of India for nearly 17 years.
Over the course of his career, he has trained numerous international athletes across cricket, hockey, and badminton in both India and Malaysia. He is also the author of several books on hockey and athletic training.
Ms. Devi De Luca has played an active role in developing & managing the business development and fiscal matters of Delsys since 2002. During this time, Ms. De Luca held various roles from Sales manager to Vice President of Sales to CEO to her current role of Executive Chair & Head of Sales.
Ms. De Luca's philanthropic outreach stems from her association with the DeLuca Foundation, where she is a trustee, director, and donor. In brief, Ms. De Luca has spearheaded the foundation's public outreach efforts in support of human movement sciences communities worldwide. Through the De Luca Foundation, biomechanics societies around the globe have received over 5 million in cash and equipment awards towards advancing human movement sciences.
Ms. De Luca obtained her master's in science (Biochem.) from Mysore University and attended WPI for Master business & marketing.

Prof. Nachiappan Chockalingam
Professor Nachiappan Chockalingam is Director of Research and Innovation at Reading Central Primary Care Network (NHS England), UK, and an internationally recognised researcher in clinical biomechanics, rehabilitation, assistive technology and innovation. He is also Director of Analtica, a specialist consultancy in biomechanics and medical technology. A Chartered Engineer, Chartered Scientist and HCPC registered Clinical Scientist, his work integrates engineering, allied health and clinical practice to develop and evaluate technologies, interventions and service models that improve mobility, independence and quality of life.
His research spans diabetic foot prevention, orthotic and prosthetic design, gait and movement analysis, footwear science, scoliosis, rehabilitation, telehealth and assistive technology. He has produced around 880 scholarly outputs, including more than 320 peer reviewed papers and four books, and is a named inventor on seven patents. His translational work has informed product development, clinical and rehabilitation practice, orthotic service provision, workforce planning, telehealth guidance and assistive technology policy in the United Kingdom and internationally.
Professor Chockalingam has contributed extensively to World Health Organisation initiatives on assistive technology, including the UK Rapid Assistive Technology Assessment and international standards for prosthetic and orthotic service provision. He was a member of the WHO Technical Advisory Group on Assistive Technology and continues to consult and contribute to international work on assistive products and rehabilitation.
His professional standing is reflected in several prestigious fellowships. He is a Fellow of the International Society of Biomechanics. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine, a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, an Honorary Fellow of the Royal College of Podiatry, and an Honorary Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.
He holds visiting and honorary academic appointments in the United Kingdom, Malta, India, and Poland. He was President of the International Research Society on Spinal Deformities, and Chair of the Footwear Biomechanics Group of the International Society of Biomechanics. He is the Editor-in-Chief of The Foot and an Associate Editor in several other journals. His work is distinguished by interdisciplinary collaboration and a sustained commitment to ensuring that innovation is scientifically robust, clinically useful, accessible and implementable across diverse settings.
